This class uses a combination of sustained poses, breath, mindfulness, and flowing movement to incorporate a feeling of well being, strength, and flexibility into your life. With the help of props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps, this class emphasizes proper alignment. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical workout, and calm, to help you feel relaxed and refreshed. All levels, ages, and body types are encouraged to come.

Class is $12.00 to drop in, or there are punch cards available.

Kick off Sunday Funday with this hour-long, all-levels class!

Class is outdoors in the summer and indoors in the colder months.

Come stretch, breathe, flow, laugh, and take care of your body in a relaxed setting.

After class, enjoy a FREE beer, kombucha, or mimosa, or $5.00 off delicious food or other beverages!

Class is $15.00. Please bring your own mat and props.

Thursdays, 6:45-7:45pm

Gentle yoga is an excellent class to join if you are new to yoga, are coming back to yoga, or are looking for a relaxing way to take care of yourself.

Thursdays, 8:00-9:00pm

Hatha Flow incorporates both sustained poses as well as movement with breath for an energized, yet relaxing class. Great for students who have had yoga before, but newcomers are also welcomed and encouraged to join.
